These Terms and Conditions of Use and Participation apply to the use of the Site. SHISEIDO GROUP EMEA does not recognise deviating terms.

Eligible for participation in the Platform are the trade customers of Shiseido Group EMEA as well as individual natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and work in a company which is a registered customer of Shiseido Group EMEA.

3. Commencement of Participation:

Trade customers of Shiseido Group EMEA receive their access data personally from the sales department of Shiseido Group EMEA. Natural individuals (beauty consultants, sales staff, beauticians) shall upon request, pursuant to a corresponding registration on the homepage www.discover-shiseido.com , receive an e-mail from Shiseido Group EMEA or a company commissioned by the Shiseido Group EMEA, confirming the successful registration. Participation in the Platform begins by clicking on the corresponding confirmation link and logging-on into the portal.

However, the employees of the trade customer Douglas in Germany, automatically receive access to the Platform, over their personal access to Douglas e-learning. Participation in the Platform begins by clicking on the corresponding confirmation link and logging-on into the portal.

4. Deregistration:

The participant can deregister from the participation at any given time, over the website www.discover-shiseido.com , or by way of a letter to:

5. Termination

The eligibility for participation can be terminated unilaterally by Shiseido Group EMEA, insofar as the participant terminates his/her employment with the trade customer or in case of gross violations against these Terms and Conditions of Use and Participation.
